NGANENDRA VENKASWAMY – CHAIRMAN & INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Nagendra Venkaswamy aged 66 years is a graduate of BITS, Pilani and IIM, Bangalore. He has 30 years of experience in the IT/Telecom/Engineering Industry. He has held senior positions in the industry and has served as CEO and Independent Director on the Board of various companies in India and abroad.

With strong operations management experience he has led sales distribution, channel management, services, logistics, Finance and manufacturing across a range of companies and product categories.

He is a regular speaker at industry forums and institutes such as IIMs.

His expertise is in developing and leading growth strategies for organizations, besides corporate turnarounds, cost management, fund raising and M&A. He has strong relationships across industry sectors and is a well-known speaker at various industry forums.

He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Breakthrough Applied Research Private Limited and iValue InfoSolutions Private Limited.

J.N. MYLARAIAH – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Mylaraiah holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and Executive General Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He brings a wealth of experience in the areas of telecom and enterprise networks with hands on experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Product management. From 1996 to 2004 he worked at M/s. Network Solutions as Regional Support Head-South handling LAN services/Cisco VOIP Projects/Nortel Installation.

Since 2004 he has held various positions of increasing responsibility in TE Connectivity India Private Ltd (Earlier known as Tyco Electronics Ltd). His last role was as Country Manager – Technical & Marketing and was supporting TE’s key accounts in India.

VIJAYA LATHA REDDY – INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Ms. Vijaya Latha Reddy is the former Deputy National Security Adviser of India. Ms. Reddy was responsible for cybersecurity and other critical internal and external security issues. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace. She previously served as a Commissioner on the Global Commission on Internet Governance.

Ms. Reddy served in the Indian Foreign Service from 1975-2011. During her diplomatic career she served in Lisbon, Washington D.C., Kathmandu, Brasilia, Durban, Vienna and Bangkok. She served as Ambassador of India to Portugal (2004-2006) and to Thailand (2007-2009). She was Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi (2010-2011) with overall charge of India’s bilateral and regional relations with Asia. She was then appointed as India’s Deputy National Security Advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office from 2011-2013.

Ms. Reddy has extensive experience in foreign policy, and in bilateral, regional and multilateral negotiations. In addition, she has expertise on security and strategic issues and has worked on strategic technology policies, particularly on cyber issues relating to cyber security policy, international cyber cooperation and Internet governance.

Ms. Reddy is involved with several organizations and think-tanks, both globally and in India. She is currently, among other positions, serving as a Distinguished Fellow in the East West Institute in the US, the Observer Research Foundation in India, and the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Canada.

Ms. Reddy was earlier an independent director on the Board of the Jana Small Finance Bank.
Ms. Reddy is the Chairperson of the Deccan Heritage Foundation India, and is a Trustee of Bangalore Little Theatre, Kalavaahini Trust, and the International Institute for Art, Culture and Democracy.

RAKESH KISHORE BHANUSHALI – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Rakesh Kishore Bhanushali is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Rakesh Kishore Bhanushali has done Business Strategy and Leadership program from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB) with on-the-job action learning project. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in various areas of Finance and General Management. He was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company till June 16, 2023.

He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of CommScope India Private Limited, CommScope Networks India Private Limited, CommScope Technologies India Private Limited and Ruckus Wireless Private Limited.

HARISH HASSAN VISWESWARA – INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Harish Hassan Visweswara holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from UVCE Bangalore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta and has completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Harish Hassan Visweswara has over 30 years’ experience in Finance, Banking, Governance, Valuation, Investment Banking, Consulting and Strategy. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of ECube Investment Advisors Private Limited, a focused ESG platform working on multiple solutions such as Consulting, Capacity Building, Capital and Carbon Solutions for Industry and General Public on the theme of Environment, Social and Governance.

Mr. Harish Hassan Visweswara has a wide range of experience in Private and Public Sectors covering a wide range of sectors including Technology, Real Estate, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Petrochemicals etc. He has helped multiple companies raise capital through IPOs and VC/PE in different capacities and companies in their acquisitions both domestic and international.
Mr. Harish Hassan Visweswara is a very active speaker and widely quoted in press and TV. He has addressed several conferences and published articles on governance, valuation, management, policy and industry.

Mr. Harish Hassan Visweswara currently serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Suprajit Engineering Limited and The Karnataka Bank Limited and as the Managing Director of ECube Investment Advisors Private Limited.

JONATHAN NIALL MURPHY – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Jonathan Niall Murphy (DIN:10057273) born on November 9, 1982, is an Irish National. He is a lawyer by profession with Master of Laws (LLM) qualification.

He joined CommScope EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland in September 2008. He has held various positions in CommScope EMEA Limited such as Contract Specialist/Trainee Solicitor, Compliance Attorney, Commercial Attorney and Regional Attorney. Currently he is the Assistant General Counsel, international. He has over 16 years of work experience as an Attorney.

He is a director in Ruckus Wireless Private Limited, India and other CommScope Companies world over.
